Nick Francis

Capitalism took a wrong turn fifty years ago, asserting that a company's sole purpose is to create shareholder value. Since then, it's shaped the way we build companies, along with the systems and policies that govern them.

This talk is about tangible steps you can take to embrace a broader definition of success in your company and to create a business that's built to last.
