Varun has spent over 15 years building technologies, products, teams, and companies both in the UK and Silicon Valley. He founded his first company, Two Big Ears, in Edinburgh, which was later acquired by Meta. He spent 5 years at Meta, building teams and technology to serve billions of users.
He is now working on That Works, his second startup, developing AI-powered tools for people in product and operations.
