Over 17 years at 37signals (creators of Basecamp), he designed features used by millions and eventually became Head of Strategy. In 2019, he wrote the book Shape Up. Since 2021, he has helped the leaders of scale-ups to get their product development teams moving fast and shipping the right things again.
