Rebecca is an experienced scale-up COO with over 20 years of business management experience. She specialises in partnering with Founders of high growth start-ups to enable scale and unlock profitability and growth. She has operated across a range of geographies and sizes from start-up to Blue-chip and has experience across technology, travel, financial services, manufacturing, leisure, food and drinks, retail and healthcare industries. She has recently supported founding teams to deliver over 4X revenue growth in two promising Scottish scale ups; TravelNest and Simple Online Healthcare and is now supporting Macs Adventure, an impressive travel scale up based in Glasgow with operations across the UK, US and Germany. Prior to that she led international expansion and growth in all regions of the world at Skyscanner, across 40 markets, after spending the first decade of her career with blue chips including Unilever, RBS, and consulting in Tetley, Accolade Wines, British American Tobacco, Magnet Kitchens, Sainsburies, Asda and Tesco.
