Pim has worked for the last twenty years at various startups and at scale-ups in the Netherlands and Scotland, mainly during phases of fast growth (encountering lots of interesting problems of scale change that come with that). For the last 10 years Pim has been building and supporting fully cross-functional Growth- and Product-Engineering teams at Skyscanner, TravelNest and Deliveroo.
Pim now works with the great people at Oda, Norway's largest online supermarket, building out and supporting the Customer-facing Shop Platform and Growth teams to expand fast into new markets and to create space for life for everyone.
