Aileen Duffy is a Customer Success Manager at Amplitude who is passionate about using data to drive decisions and loves talking all things Product. Prior to this, Aileen helped to grow the CS function at Cognism from 2 to 20, winning the BESMA Award for Customer Service along the way. Aileen is currently volunteering for the Open Door Policy, a non-profit that provides tech-industry training to refugees. Aileen spends most of her time meeting with customers to understand what’s truly important to them. She is always on the lookout for a good cup of coffee & new music recommendations.
