Andrew serves Paddle.com as Chief Marketing Officer. Paddle runs the payments infrastructure for 4,000 self-serve software companies, and has the industry-leading Pricing team, Retention product, and a SaaS Metrics platform used by around 30,000 businesses.

Previously Andrew led global demand, digital and brand at Optimizely – after it acquired the business he co-founded, Idio.ai.

Andrew also advises SaaS scale-ups, and sits on the board of Ninety, an agile digital transformation consultancy which serves the insurance industry and gives 90% of distributable profits to alleviate global poverty. And he’s joining us in London this month.

LONDON: Gil Dibner, General Partner at Angular Ventures

Gil Dibner is a Partner at Angular Ventures, an early-stage venture fund based in London and Tel Aviv with over $300M under management. Founded in 2018, Angular Ventures has backed enterprise-oriented and deep tech startups including Aquant, CruxOCM, Firebolt, Groundcover, Portchain, Reco, Valohai and many others.

Gil was also named on the 2024 Midas List Europe (and not for the first time). It’s the definitive ranking of the top 25 tech investors in Europe and the Middle East.

EDINBURGH: Colin Burns, Ex-Senior Director, Apple

Scotsman Colin Burns is a legend in the design world. With over 30 years of experience leading design teams, he most recently spent four years in Cupertino as a Senior Director on Apple’s design team, after being headhunted by Jony Ive himself!

What’s really invaluable is not only his experience but perspective- he has worked with a range of industries including giants like the BBC, IDEO, Prada, P&G, Unilever, and HP (to name a few).

EDINBURGH: Benjamin Torrero, Principal, Boost Capital Partners

Benjamin Torrero is a Principal at Boost Capital Partners, a venture capital firm based in London that invests in pre-seed and seed-stage companies across finance, education, healthcare, and entertainment with a strong product and user experience focus.

Before joining Boost Capital Partners, he founded and led an Angel Syndicate focused on investing in entrepreneurs addressing inefficiencies in Latin America. Prior to his career in venture, he spent five years as a financial lawyer.
